1) How do I make a reservation?
Contact us by email or phone and your reservation will be made immediately. We require a small deposit to hold your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

2) How do I confirm a reservation? How do I obtain keys?
Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit. You will receive an access number for the front gate and house prior to your arrival and after we receive the balance of your bill.

3) What are your rates? How can I pay?
We accept credit card, cash, check or money order.

4) What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A full refund minus the deposit is given within at least 72 hours notice. With less than 72 hours notice a full credit is given to a future reservation. If the facility can be rebooked, a full refund is given minus the deposit.

5) Do you allow dogs?
Yes, we definitely allow dogs, please, just let us know ahead of time.

6) How many people/horses can you accommodate?
We are a three bedroom, 4 stall facility. We can accommodate 6-8 people and 4 horses.

7) Do you allow smoking?
Sorry, but we are a non-smoking establishment.
